Micromax Canvas Laptab relaunched with Windows 10

Micromax Informatics Ltd, on Friday relaunched its first Windows 2-in-1 device, the Canvas Laptab, preloaded with Windows 10. The company in April launched the same Laptab, but preloaded with Windows 8.1. The newly launched Canvas Laptab with Windows 10 comes with exactly same specifications found on earlier Windows 8.1 version.

Micromax Canvas Laptab is a hybrid device, which can be used both as a tablet as well as a laptop. It can easily be converted into a tablet just by removing the keyboard. The nifty device also has single SIM tray for 3G data connectivity so that one can work anywhere without have to worrying about WiFi coverage.

This hybrid device flaunts a 10.1-inch IPS display with a WXGA (1280×800 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 1.33 GHz 4th Generation quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor alongside 2GB of DDR3L RAM.Canvas Laptab

It offers 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded using a microSD card. One also gets 1TB of cloud storage on from Microsoft’s OneDrive service.

The Micromax Canvas Laptab comes equipped with 2-megapixel front and rear camera. The device packs a 7,700 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver a usage of up to 10 hours. It weights 1.1 kg and is only available in black color option. The user also gets free one year subscription of Microsoft Office 365. The tablet-cum-laptop also boasts of dual speakers on either side of the rear panel.
