Micromax Infomatics Ltd’s sister concern Yu Televentures has launched its much speculated phablet, the Yu Yureka Note for Rs. 13,499. This device represents company’s first ever phablet and boasts of 6-inch full-HD display with corning gorilla glass 3 protection.
The Yu Yureka Note was leaked yesterday and shortly after company announced it officially as well. Surprisingly, the Yu Yureka Note does not employ custom made CyanogenMod, instead it comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The Yu Yureka Note is probably the larger screen sibling of previously launched Yu Yureka Plus.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Yu Yureka Note boasts of a 6-inch full-HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Under the hood is a MediaTek MT6753T SoC and packs 3GB of RAM. The device has 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded further via microSD card.
The phablet has a 13MP rear camera at the back and a 8MP camera at the front. The device is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features a 4000mAh battery.
The company promises to deliver top notch gaming and multimedia experience to customers using Yu Yureka Note. The phablet’s back is made up of polycarbonate and features a finger print scanner, which can unlock the device in half second. Moreover, the phablet comes with dual speakers which is the company claims “ensures the best music experience for any audiophile”. The device will available for purchase from today.
