Indian smartphone vendor Wickedleak has announced the launch of its flagship device, the Wammy Note 4 in India. This device is successor to highly successful Wammy Note 3 launched in August last year. Unlike other Indian smartphone manufacturers, the Wickedleak launches very few smartphones.
This dual-SIM, dual standby smartphone runs Android 4.4.2 out of the box, and Wickedleak promises Android 5.0 Lollipop update in future. The Wammy Note 4 is currently up for pre-booking on Wickedleak website in Black and White color options. It comes in two variants, the one without Aquaprotect technology has been priced at Rs. 15,990 ($249), while one equipped with Aquaprotect technology will set you back by Rs. 17,490 ($273).The Wickedlead Wammy Note 4 is actually a smartphone with beefy specs on board. Lets have a look at what it has to offer in terms of specifications. It offers a 5.5-inch full HD (1980×1080 pixels) display protected with a Gorilla Glass 3 layer on top. Both the SIM slots support 2G, 3G and 4G connectivity. To be more specific, the smartphone comes with both FDD-LTE & TDD-LTE Support.
The device is powered by a 64-bit 1.7 GHz Octacore MT6752 MediaTek processor coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card up to 64GB). A 13-megapixel shooter is found installed at the rear along with a dual LED flash situated just below it. Another 5-megapixel, 84 degree wide angle camera takes care of all your selfie and video calling needs.
The Wammy Note 4 measures 152 x 75.5 x 8.7mm, weighs 177 grams and has a 74% screen-to-body ratio. The phone packs a 3,250 mAh battery and also features connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Micro-USB, and GPS/ A-GPS.
