South Korean tech giant LG recently announced launch of its 2015 flagship LG G4 across the globe, and now company has announced the launch of dual-SIM variant of the LG G4 for select countries. The dual SIM G4 variant itself comes in two different variants – LG G4 Dual SIM with model number H818P, and LG G4 Dual SIM (Dual LTE) with model name H818N. As of now both the dual SIM variants of LG G4 will be launched in four countries – Hong Kong, Thailand, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia.
LG has listed both the dual SIM variants on the country specific websites, while the availability in other countries is still kept under the wraps.
As per an article published on GSMArena, the LG G4 H818N with dual-LTE is available for around HKD 5,700 ($745/€660/Rs. 46,800) in Hong Kong. Whereas the regular dual SIM H818P model is available for SAR 2,500 ($667/€600/Rs. 42,400) in Saudi Arabia, and in Thailand the same model is available for THB 21,900 ($655/€590/Rs. 41,700). LG’s Ukraine website also lists the new dual SIM H818P model, however, no pricing details are available yet.
As far as specifications are concerned there is no difference between the original LG G4 and dual SIM LG G4 except for the addition of extra SIM card slot. Here are the LG G4’s specifications for your perusal. The LG G4 comes with 5.5-inch Quad-HD (1440×2560) IPS Quantum display, which offers a pixel density of 538 ppi.
Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor SoC with a 1.8GHz 64-bit Hexa-Core CPU alongside 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, that is expandable up to a whopping 2TB via microSD card. The device packs a 3,000 mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box with LG’s new UX 4.0 layered on top.
The device features a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 and flash, as well as another 8-megapixel front-facing shooter with f/2.0. Recently LG launched LG G4 Stylus as well as LG G4c for people who find size of original LG G4 too big or small.
