Lenovo Vibe P1 and Vibe P1m, which were launched at IFA 2015 in Berlin have finally made their way to India markets. Lenovo India officially introduced these two devices in India on Wednesday. Vibe P1 packs a 5,000 mAh battery, while Vibe P1m comes with a 4,000 mAh battery and are priced t Rs. 15,999 and Rs. 7,999 respectively.
As of now both devices are Flipkart exclusive and registration for the same is already underway. The Vibe P1 goes on sale from Tuesday, while the Vibe P1m will be up for grabs on its first flash sale to be held on next Wednesday.
Both the devices run Android Lollipop 5.1 and supports OTG charging for other devices as well. Lenovo Vibe P1 offers bigger display, more powerful processor and a better RAM, as compared to its cheaper sibling P1m. So without much ado, let get straight to the specifications and features offered by Vibe P1 and Vibe P1m.
The Levovo Vibe P1 features a 5.5-inch IPS full-HD (1080p) display, which gets protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top of it. The Vibe P1 houses a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, alongside 3GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. The phone comes with 16GB of in-built storage, which can be expanded further via microSD cards.
Vibe P1 boasts of 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera is also present. Connectivity features include NFC; USB OTG, 4G LTE and dual-SIM functionality.
The Levono Vibe P1m features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display and is power by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. It also has provision of external storage via microSD card slot. The Vibe P1m also boasts of a water-repellent nano coating which will save the device in case of accidental splashes.
Earlier this week, Lenovo launched A1000, A6000 Shot and K3 Note Music, which are budget devices and they will only be available via offline stores at price of Rs. 4,999, 9,999 and 12,999 respectively.
