Karbonn Titanium S7 quad core phone with 5 inch HD screen up for pre-order at 14,999

Karbonn has launched affordable and feature rich smartphones in the past and continuing it’s tradition it is about to launch Karbonn Titanuim S7 which comes with a 5 inch full HD screen and is powered by MediaTek Quad Core processor which cloacked at 1.5 GHz. The phone is as usual a dual SIM device (GSM+GSM) and runs on Android Jelly Bean operating system.

Karbonn Titanium S7 has a 13 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front facing camera for video chats. This phone has 1GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. You may extend the memory of device upto 32 GB using an external microSD card.

Karbonn Titanium S7 is up for pre-order on e-commerce website flipkart.com for Rs. 14,999. If the price seems to be on higher side to you then just wait for few weeks. The official release date as per flipkart is 5th week of November so the phone will come out after 28th of this month.

The smartphone is 9.3 mm thick and has capacitive OGS muti-touch screen with Full HD, 1920 x 1080 Pixels resolution.

The battery is a standard Li-ion battery which delivers a talk time of around 4hrs on 2G network and standby of  200 Hrs on 2G network as per the flipkart website. Although nothing has been mentioned about the capacity of the battery, however looking at the talktime and stand by time on a 2G network the battery seems to be in the range of 1600 mAh to 2000 mAh.

Titanium S7 also offers standard connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi, 2G, Bluetooth and A-GPS. Apart from these connectivity functions titanium S7 comes with Gyro, G-Sensor, magnetic, proximity and light sensors.

  • It doesn’t seems to compete with the phones in the same or a bit above range with the likes of Gionnee and micromax turbo.

    • Alok I don’t know much about Gionnee but Micromaxx Turbo has much better better specs and is available for around 18k-20k in Indian Market. If you are ready to shell out extra 5k then go for Turbo..
