Below are some of the channels through which you may pay up you HDFC credit card bill conveniently and on time every time:
Pay Through HDFC Netbanking:
This is one of the most convenient method to pay your credit card bills online. If you are a savings or current account holder than go and register for HDFC Netbanking account. Once you register for it you may link your credit card with your netbanking account and transfer the funds available in account to settle the outstanding amount. To link the credit card you need to enter your 16 digit credit card number and it’s ATM PIN. Once it is done you may track your transactions, payments, points and dues outstanding from comfort of your home, office or while on the move.
Pay through Billdesk or Visa Bill Pay:
If you don’t have HDFC netbanking account then you need not worry as you may pay using third party services like Billdesk or Visa Bill Pay. But to use these services you must have access to netbanking account with some other bank. Just simply enter you 16 digit credit card number and provide with email address. Once outstanding is paid you will recieve a confirmation mail and outstanding is settled within 2-3 days.
HDFC Bank MobileBanking App:
HDFC mobile banking app is one of the coolest and convenient mode to pay credit card bill while on the move. Simply download the application from Google play store for Android. This app is also available on Windows for mobile and iOS. After you download it just logon with your netbanking username and password. Log in to the Mobile App using your Customer ID and go to the ‘Credit Card’ tab, choose ‘Credit Card Payment’ and make your payments using your HDFC Bank Savings Account.
ATM fund transfer:
When you don’t have access to a computer or a smartphone ATM fund tranfer is a quick and easy way to pay your credit card bill on time. All you need to do is walk upto any of the 11000 HDFC bank ATM’s just swipe your debit card and select credit card option on ATM screen and transfer the bill amount from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account
NEFT/ Visa Money Transfer (for other bank account holders:
You can transfer funds from any other bank account to your HDFC Bank Credit Card account electronically. Please contact your bank for more details on NEFT. Use IFSC Code HDFC0000128 for card payment through NEFT (please prefix 00 to your 14 digit Diners Club Card Number).
You can provide standing instructions to debit your HDFC Bank Account automatically for either the minimum amount due or the total monthly outstanding amount on your Credit Card. Your account with HDFC Bank should be a sole or a joint account with an ‘any’ or ‘either’ signing mandate.
Apart from these convenient options of paying online you can also pay via Over the counter cash payment or Cheque payment. Over the counter payment entails a processing charge of Rs. 100 and you can walk in at any of the nearest HDFC bank branch. Where you can drop a cheque written in favor of HDFC BANK Card A/c (you should mention your Credit Card number) at any of HDFC bank drop boxes located at ATMs and branches in your city. HDFC Bank has an extensive network of 2,201 branches and over 7,346 ATMs across India. Local cheque payments will be credited to your Card Account in 3 working days.
